Lance earned a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Baylor University in 1991 and an MA in Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1994. He has worked in churches in West Texas, Central Texas, and now South Texas in full-time ministry for 30 years.

Lance is married to Jennie and they have two adult children. Leah is pursuing a BFA in Performance and production at Texas State University and Nick is working in San Antonio, looking to continue school to pursue Urban Planning or Cyber Security.

Lance loves to help people match their passion, gifts, and talents with meaningful service to God and people. He is a life coach helping people be their best selves.
