To Our Woodland Family,

Lisa and I would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the many gifts and kindnesses you have shared with us over the past nearly eight years. Sunday’s bon voyage celebration was representative of that. We were blessed by the hugs, affirmations of memories and relationships, and tangible expressions symbolic of our time together. The truly glorious reception, created by myriad talented hands, was an experience of joy and epicurean delight. We thank you all for these and so much more. Please know of our prayers for you and your future (which we believe is bright with opportunity), and we ask for your prayers as we embark on this new calling; but more than this, please know of our love for you and our gratitude for all that we’ve learned as we’ve grown along with you.
