Lisa has a BS in Science with a major in Elementary Education and minor in Music from Oklahoma Baptist University and a masters in computer education and Cognitive Systems from North Texas University. She also has a Children’s Ministry Certificate from Texas Baptist

Lisa has worked as a public school teacher in Texas for 15 years. She was a Computer Coordinator/teacher in Kyiv, Ukraine for 3 years and 4th/5th grade teacher in Amman, Jordan for 2 years.

Lisa is married to Kieran and they have two boys.
