Pastoral letter, from Garrett

The sanctuary choir’s Christmas concerts are this Sunday at 4 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. The choir has been working hard to prepare for this special night. I hope you will bring your friends and family. It’s a wonderful way to prepare for Christmas. 

Before worship this Sunday, the youth will perform their annual Christmas pageant. The show starts at 10:30 a.m. in the Youth Center. 

The work of the church continues throughout this week. Tuesday is our last church council meeting of the year. The renovation committee meets on Wednesday morning. Thursday night, the Finance Committee meets. 

Our Christmas Eve services will be at 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. Let’s share the light. Invite your friends and family. These will be identical services, with a children’s sermon at both. 

Next Monday (December 23), the church office will close at noon for the staff Christmas Party. The office will also be closed December 25-26.
